Johan holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics from Chalmers with a broad commercial profile and experience from several industries. He has been CEO / interim CEO of five different companies and held several board assignments and chairman roles. Most recently, he came from a role as business area manager at ADDvise Group AB, previously listed at Nasdaq First North, with responsibility for M&A and a portfolio of the group’s companies.

Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Uppsala University, Sweden. Daniel has more than 7 years of experience in business development and financial reporting in the electronics industry, both in the lighting and consumer electronics sectors. He successfully performed a turn-around for Northbaze Group to a profitable company and led a successful IPO for Vadsbo SwitchTech Group. Experience working in both publicly listed and private growth companies.
