CEO
Johan Rask
Johan holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Economics and entrepreneurship from Chalmers University of Technology. He has worked in several different areas and has a broad profile. Among other things within Venture Capital, M&A Director at Mölnlycke Healthcare, Business area Director at Abigo (now Essity) and as Chief Strategy Officer at Timik Group AB. He also sits on the board of a couple of companies and has been active in his own company as a business consultant. He lives in Gothenburg with his wife and three children.
Sales – Gas sensors
David Nilebo
David holds an MSc in Applied Physics, with specialization in material science, at Chalmers University of Technology. His main tasks are within Sensor Systems development. He has prior experience from working with Insplorion´s instrument systems at Chalmers.
Business Development
Martina Wennesjö
Martina has a background in business administration from the School of Gothenburg Business, Economics and Law at Gothenburg University. Her professional experience is within R&D at the Swedish Environmental Research Institute to bridge the gap between innovations and market needs. This has given extensive understanding of analyzing market trends, investigating customer demand and business development. Her current work involves the business development and marketing of Insplorions H2 sensor.
Interim CFO
Daniel Lundberg
Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Uppsala University, Sweden. Daniel has more than 7 years of experience in business development and financial reporting in the electronics industry, both in the lighting and consumer electronics sectors. He successfully performed a turn-around for Northbaze Group to a profitable company and led a successful IPO for Vadsbo SwitchTech Group. Experience working in both publicly listed and private growth companies.
Founder and CTO
Elin Langhammer
Elin has a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Chalmers University of Technology and a M.Sc. in Bioengineering from Linköping University of Technology. Elin is one of the inventors of Insplorion’s NPS technology. She is currently responsible for research and development at Insplorion. Elin has previously been a researcher at the Competence Centre for Catalysis at Chalmers University of Technology.
CPO
Olof Andersson
Olof holds a Ph.D. in Sensor Science from Linköping University and is responsible for the development of Insplorion’s scientific instruments. Olof has a M.Sc. in Microsystems and Biosensors and has prior experience from the development of research tools and analytical techniques.

Martin Sech
Martin has an MSc in nanotechnology from Chalmers University of Technology and has previous experience with analytical laboratory work. His current work involves the technical development of Insplorion’s H2 sensors.

David Tomecek
David holds a PhD degree in Technical cybernetics from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague. He has 10-year experience in the field of gas sensors (detection of explosive taggants, air pollutants and hydrogen) and his current role in Insplorion is the development of H2 sensors.

Umair Javed
Umair has an M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering, with specialization in Electronic Design from Mid Sweden University Sundsvall. His previous experiences have been within sensors, Position Sensitive Detectors (PSD), micro pumps, converters and in the field of alternative energy sources. Currently he is involved in the technical development of Insplorion’s H2 sensors.

Henrik Wikström
Henrik has a BSc in Innovation engineering from Halmstad university and Industrial Design from Cardiff Metropolitan University. He has 24 years of experience from mechanical design and product development from different fields such as Automotive, Medical, Renewables and Industry. His current role at Insplorion is the mechanical design and development of the H2 sensors.

Johanna Gullman
Johanna holds a BSc in Automation & Mechatronics and a MSc in Biomedical engineering, from Chalmers University of Technology. She has previous experience from working with linear accelerators at Sahlgrenska University Hospital and various consulting assignments, within quality control and product development.

Christoph Langhammer
Christoph has a Ph.D. in Materials Science,Department of Applied Physics, Chalmers University of Technology. He was one of the inventors of Insplorion’s NPS Technology. Currently, his research group at Chalmers operates at the interface between materials science, nanoscience, nanoplasmonics, nanofluidics and catalysis, with a particular focus on sustainable energy-related nanomaterials and systems like metal-hydrogen interactions in nanoparticles, heterogeneous catalysts, fuel cells and solar cells
