Students at Insplorion: Air Quality

April 22, 2020

I find nanotechnology fascinating, the idea that materials previously thought of as thoroughly researched take on a whole new behaviour at the nanoscale, it’s a whole new world and fun to explore what we can achieve at the nanoscale.

This fits my personality very well; I am always fascinated by how something works and spend a lot of my time outside of work restoring and collecting everything from vintage audio equipment to fountain pens. If I can take something apart and find out how it works, I will probably do it eventually!

My commitment to being more sustainable is another reason Insplorion is an inspiring place to work at. With the looming threat of climate change, I am glad to be contributing what I can to the development of air quality sensors in order to better understand this worrying phenomenon.
