Today, November 6, 2023, is the last day of trading in the unit rights that were issued in conjunction with Insplorion AB:s (”Insplorion” or the ”Company”) rights issue of units, which was resolved by the Board of Directors on September 15, 2023, and subsequently was approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting on October 18, 2023 (”The Rights Issue”). Unit rights that are not sold or exercised for subscription will expire worthless.
The Rights Issue in summary:
- Subscription period: 26 October – 9 November 2023
- Trading in unit rights: 26 October – 6 November 2023
- Date for publication of the outcome of the Rights Issue: Around 13 November 2023
- Preferential right: Each share held in Insplorion on the record date of October 23, 2023, entitled to one (1) unit right. One (1) unit right gives the right to subscribe for one (1) unit. One (1) unit consists of one (1) newly issued share and one (1) newly issued warrant of series TO2. The warrants are issued free of charge
- Subscription price: SEK 1.50 per unit, corresponding to SEK 1.50 per share
- Issue proceeds: Upon full subscription in the Rights Issue, the Company will receive approximately SEK 19.6 million before issue costs. Upon full exercise of all warrants of series TO2, within the framework of issued units, the Company may receive an additional maximum amount of approximately SEK 39.3 million before issue costs
